Carbon Direct submits offer to buy LanzaTech; Solaia acquires Modjoul

– Carbon Direct Capital Management LLC submitted an offer to acquire US-based carbon refining company LanzaTech Global Inc.

– Solaia Capital Advisors LLC acquired a stake in US workplace safety device manufacturer Modjoul Inc. Robinson & Cole LLP was Solaia's legal adviser and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP was Modjoul's legal adviser.

– GI Manager LP sold US-based cloud computing services provider DR Fortress LLC to Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC and 1547 Realty Partners LLC.
