Avathon acquires OculusIT from ElevenX; Ardian buys remaining stake in Hill Top

– Avathon Capital acquired Miami-based education-focused IT services provider OculusIT LLC from ElevenX Capital. BakerHostetler was Avathon Capital's legal adviser. Tyton Partners was ElevenX's financial adviser, and Greenberg Traurig was its legal adviser.

– Ardian SAS acquired the remaining stake in US natural gas turbine facility Hill Top Energy Center LLC.

– Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S agreed to divest a 50% stake in Scottish battery storage facility Coalburn 1 to AXA Investment Managers Alternatives. Ashurst was Copenhagen Infrastructure's legal adviser, and RBC Capital Markets was its financial adviser.
