– ATX Venture Partners LLC sold portfolio human resources software platform GoCo.io Inc. to Intuit Inc.

– Main Capital Partners BV acquired private label quality management platform Trace One SAS from Symphony Technology Group LLC

– Vector Capital Management LP completed its $101 million acquisition of revenue enablement technology business Bigtincan Holdings Ltd. Johnson Winter Slattery and Sidley Austin LLP were legal advisers and Alvarez & Marsal was financial adviser to Vector Capital. Gilbert + Tobin was legal adviser to Bigtincan.

– MPE Mgt. Co. LLC completed its acquisition of energy management solutions business Intermatic Inc.

– GTO Partners LLP acquired a 60% stake in digitalization services company Complea A/S.

– Lightyear Capital LLC invested in retail insurance brokerage King Insurance Partners LLC alongside existing shareholder BHMS Investments LP. TAG Financial Institutions Group LLC was financial adviser to King. Sidley Austin LLP was legal adviser to BHMS and King. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Foley & Lardner LLP were legal advisers to Lightyear.
