– Marunouchi Innovation Partners Co. Ltd. backed a $45 million funding round for energy management solutions provider GridPoint Inc.

– Impresa Management LLC, Helios Digital Ventures and AME Cloud Ventures LLC joined a $25 million funding round for biotechnology company Galatea Bio Inc.
