– H.I.G. Capital LLC acquired a majority stake in technical consulting firm Protos SpA.
– J.F. Lehman and Co. LLC acquired a majority of W.s.s. Holding A/S, the marine supply, logistics and budget management provider doing business as Wrist, from Altor Equity Partners AB, which retained a minority stake in Wrist following the transaction. ABG Sundal Collier was financial adviser to J.F. Lehman, and the legal advisers were Jones Day and Gorrissen Federspiel. Bank of America was financial adviser to Wrist, and Kromann Reumert was legal adviser.
– OCA Venture Partners LLC-, Techstars Central LLC- and Mucker Capital-backed Hubly Inc — a workflow management platform for wealth managers — was acquired by Docupace Technologies LLC.
– Black Bay Energy Capital LLC invested in Scope Computer Vision Technologies Corp., a developer of automated inspection technology for utilities.
– Banneker Partners LLC invested in forestry industry software provider Remsoft Inc.
– Performant Capital invested in winery-focused software company Orderport LLC.
