Stellex Capital acquires ICS Holding; Gryphon to buy majority stake in Spindrift

– Stellex Capital Management LP purchased US electrical services provider Industrial Construction Services Holding (ICS Holding LLC). Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP was Stellex's legal adviser. Houlihan Lokey was ICS Holding's financial adviser.

– Gryphon Investors Inc. agreed to acquire a majority stake in US sparkling water producer Spindrift Beverage Co. Inc. Kirkland & Ellis was Gryphon's legal adviser, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Lazard were its financial advisers. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP were Spindrift's legal advisers to Spindrift, and Piper Sandler and JP Morgan were its financial advisers.

– Y Combinator sold San Francisco-based insurance software developer Telivy Inc. to Cytracom LLC, a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management LP.

– Helia Capital acquired a majority stake in Canadian laser hair removal brand GoLaser.
