– KPS Capital Partners LP completed its previously announced acquisition of engineered materials business Crane Composites Inc. from Crane Co.

– Arbelos Markets Inc., a derivatives trading firm backed by Dragonfly Capital, Room40 Management LLC, FalconX, Polygon Ventures and Breed VC LLC, was acquired by FalconX Delta Inc.

– Asia PropTech-backed Unissu Ltd, a property technology marketplace platform, was acquired by Kerfuffle Consultancy Ltd., according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
