– Everstone Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. acquired a majority stake in India-based software-as-a-service company Wingify Software Pvt. Ltd.

– Trenchant Technologies Capital Corp. entered into a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire Canada-based Limitless Quantum Computing Solutions Inc., a company developing a quantum-resistant blockchain platform.

– HongShan agreed to acquire a majority stake in Sweden-based audio products manufacturer Marshall Group AB.
