Evernest acquires OneRent; Anchor Associates buys Oberer Realty's unit

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a list of notable M&A transactions by North America-based real estate investors.

Evernest LLC acquired property management and rental services provider OneRent Inc., also doing business as Poplar Homes, from an investor group including LL Funds LLC, Crescent Cove Advisors LP and AGNC Ventures LLC.

Retail real estate services provider Anchor Associates LLC acquired the commercial property management division of Oberer Realty Services Ltd.
