Tastemakers nets senior debt backing recapitalization

Tastemakers LLC received a senior secured credit facility backing a recapitalization of the company. MidCap Financial was administrative agent and sole arranger, market sources said.

In October 2020, the company received debt financing backing an investment by Centre Partners.

Tastemakers was formerly known as Disruptive Products. The company develops and markets retro arcade games and other specialty gaming products.
