The Trump administration, on April 2, 2025, announced that new tariffs of 20% and 10% will be applied to goods from the EU and the U.K., respectively, from April 9. Copper, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and lumber articles are excluded from these tariffs although specific tariffs may be applied later. Join us for an interactive session where we will discuss the macro-economic impacts and the potential widespread credit challenges, resulting from the imposed tariffs, on the U.S. - European trade relationship.

Key highlights include:

  • The top risks that the European market faces
  • An overview of the sectors that will be most impacted
  • Insights on relevant cross-industry credit trends, challenges, and opportunities
