Head of Product, Debtdomain
Adam Herring is Head of Product for Debtdomain. Adam is responsible for overseeing the product development of Debtdomain, including aligning the product roadmap with the overall business strategies. Debtdomain is the leading global, web-based platform for loan syndication and agency workflows, helping banks and institutional investors manage throughout the entire lifecycle for syndicated loan or private credit transactions.
Adam joined S&P from FIS where he was a Commercial Lending Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) where he focused on the ACBS product. Prior to that, he worked as a product manager on start-up projects inside Ipreo including Loan Trade Settlement and Synaps Loans. Adam began his career at Credit Suisse where he worked in trade settlements, agency and total return swap operations roles.

Director, Product Management, Debtdomain
Sonia Karuthasami is a Product Management Director for Debtdomain. Sonia is currently responsible for overseeing the product development of Debtdomain, including definition and alignment to the product roadmap, defining product strategy including go-to-market plans and involvement in driving commercial strategy.
Debtdomain is the leading global, web-based platform for loan syndication and agency workflows, helping banks and institutional investors manage throughout the entire lifecycle for syndicated loan or private credit transactions.
Sonia joined S&P Global from IHS Markit, Ipreo and Debtdomain having spent 12+ years working on Debtdomain in numerous roles including Head of Client Management, Head of Customer Support, Product Strategy and Sales before more recently joining the Product organisation.

Before joining S&P Global, Emily was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young's Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCASS) team based in Shanghai advising an extensive list of onshore companies and also offshore MNCs with onshore investment ventures. Her primary coverage is on the advisory for ESG-related strategy, management, capital market engagement, data and reporting, while also having experience providing due diligence for cross-border M&As on the ESG-risk dimension.
She has participated in numerous ESG projects within corporates across a wide spectrum of sectors, including technology, real estate, retails, resources, and tourism, and have experience in elevating corporate ESG performances in various leading indices, rankings, or ratings that result in the alignment of ESG and business interest.
Emily holds a Master Degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington D.C. and Bologna, where she concentrates in International Economics and Energy, Resources, and Environment.
