David Henry Doyle leads S&P Global’s Government Affairs team in the EMEA region and coordinates ESG engagement with policymakers globally.
Prior to joining S&P Global, he was Head of Financial Services at an international consulting firm specializing in financial regulation, communications, and investor relations. In 2014, he was named by Financial News as one of the 40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Trading and Technology. David has also worked in a leading European think tank and international organization.
David is the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU’s Sustainable Finance Task Force. He is also a member of the High Level Group on Financing Sustainability Transition. He holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Cambridge University. Minimize

She also worked as a Lead Quantitative Specialist for 5 years, focusing on the Investment Management segment, specifically equities. In this role she worked with asset managers across the globe, helping them integrate quant investing techniques within their existing stock selection framework. She began her career with S&P Global in 2009 as part of the technology division that focuses on developing quantitative products.
