Steven Bullock leads the ESG Innovation and Solutions Team at S&P Global Sustainable1. As head of this group, Steve has successfully led the development of Trucost's suite of climate and impact analytics products, including Carbon Earnings at Risk, Paris Alignment, Physical Risk and SDG Analytics. Steve has played a leading role on the world’s first public environmental profit and loss “EP&L” account for PUMA and supported GPIF, the world's largest asset owner, on their inaugural TCFD-aligned reporting.

Steve has also contributed to the technical development of the S&P Global Ratings Green Evaluation Tool and the recent S&P Paris-Aligned & Climate Transition (PACT) Indices.

Prior to joining S&P Global Trucost back in 2008, Steve worked as an analyst for a performance management consultancy. He holds a BA 1:1 with honors in Geography and a MSc with Distinction in Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter.

Virginie Galas joined Deutsche Bank in 1995 as lead sell side analyst on European luxury goods and cosmetics for 7 years ; and then joined the CROCI Group in 2002.

She has been head of CROCI Company Analysis since 2008, leading 50 analysts and associates covering close to 1,000 global companies for CROCI (Cash Return on Capital Invested). The CROCI Group is part of DWS with Euro 6bn AUM in investment products attached to CROCI strategies. Analysing and calculating a meaningful and comparable return and P/E for each stock individually is at the heart of the CROCI process. Over the last few years, CROCI has been leveraging its valuation expertise and experience to refine methods for integrating the various ESG aspects into company valuation.

Virginie also co-leads the DWS Research House Micro Pillar and as such is responsible for setting up relevant ‘central’ processes and standard practices, including integrating ESG aspects into Company Research.

Virginie has a Master's Degree in Economy & Finance from Université Paris-Dauphine where she currently teaches a Financial Analysis course ; and a Post Graduate in Economy & Finance from Université Paris-Sorbonne; SFAF Certification. She is co-chair of SFEV Board, the French association of valuation experts.

Kirsten James directs Ceres' strategy for mobilizing leading investors and companies to address the sustainability risks facing our freshwater and agriculture systems.

Previously, Kirsten served for fiveyears as the director of California policy and partnerships at Ceres, where she led strategy development for ourCalifornia-focused policy work, engaging companies and investors in support of public policies that call for sustainable water management, clean energy and greenhouse gas emissions reductions in California.

Kirsten has been a regular blogger in publications such as Water Deeply, providing commentary on water policy and corporate water stewardship. In her personal capacity, she serves as an executive board member on the Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters and a committee appointee for the Los Angeles County Safe, Clean Water Program.

Prior to Ceres, Kirsten worked for nine years at the Santa Monica-based environmental group, Heal the Bay, as their Science and Policy Director. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master's degree in environmental science and management from the Bren School at University of California Santa Barbara.
