After a record-setting year for M&A activity in 2021, fluctuations in global public equity markets, supply chain bottlenecks, and interest rate hikes are contributing to growing uncertainty in the markets. With an increasing number of net zero commitments, low carbon opportunities provide a growing focus for corporates and investors when analyzing M&A considerations and valuations.
Join S&P Global Sustainable1 for the next episode in our Beyond ESG webinar series and hear from market specialists as they examine the increased role climate risk is playing in M&A strategy, including:
How climate risk impacts company performance and which industries are a greater risk
Integrating climate risk data into M&A valuation metrics
Addressing potential regulatory and compliance oversight
S&P Global Sustainable1's 'Beyond ESG' webinar series focuses on providing corporate and investors with the tools and insights they need when building and refining their ESG playbooks. Featuring interviews and discussions with experts, decision-makers, and visionaries in the ESG community, these webinars will go beyond ratings and scores to help see the possibilities in building a sustainable future while meeting the expectations of an evolving market.
