Richard was a member of the EU High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance, providing key recommendations for Europe’s ground-breaking Sustainable Finance Action Plan. He has led numerous ground-breaking projects including creating the first portfolio carbon risk assessment for Henderson and the UK Environment Agency, launching the first carbon efficient index with S&P Dow Jones Indices, leading the first global assessment of corporate environmental externalities for the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment, and developing the world’s first Environmental Profit and Loss account for PUMA.
Richard is Chair of the Future of Sustainable Data Alliance Data Council, a member of the Global Advisory Council of the Oxford Smith School Stranded Assets Programme, the Scottish Forum on Natural Capital, and the Hong Kong Green Finance Association. He is an Advisory Board Member for IUCN Finance for Nature initiative and the Capitals Coalition. Previously, Richard was a strategy consultant and began his career as a neuroscientist. He holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and is an honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Ewout Steenbergen is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of S&P Global. As CFO, Mr. Steenbergen is responsible for all aspects of the Finance department, focused on growth and sustainable shareholder value. Moreover, he is responsible for the S&P Global Engineering Solutions Division and Kensho Technologies.
Mr. Steenbergen was appointed CFO of S&P Global in 2016. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Voya Financial, Inc. Under Mr. Steenbergen's leadership, Voya successfully strengthened its balance sheet, de-risked its investment portfolio and executed a robust initial public offering in 2013.
Prior to his role as Voya's CFO, Mr. Steenbergen was CFO and Chief Risk Officer for ING Asia-Pacific and held a number of management roles for ING Group, including serving as Regional General Manager in Hong Kong and as a Chief Executive Officer of RVS, an ING Group company based in the Netherlands. He has also held other international roles such as CEO of ING's Retail Business in the Czech and Slovak Republics and CEO of ING Nationale-Nederlanden Slovak Republic.
Mr. Steenbergen holds a master's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Amsterdam and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and from Nyenrode University. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of UNICEF USA. Minimize

Betsy Ward is the Chief Financial Officer of MassMutual, a leading mutual life insurance company. A member of MassMutual's Executive Leadership Team, Betsy currently leads MassMutual's financial organization including Controllers and Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Tax, Actuarial and Business Analytics, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Consumer & Market Insights areas. Before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in June 2016, she held the role of Chief Enterprise Risk Officer leading the enterprise risk management and actuarial division across all of the insurance and asset management companies. Prior to joining MassMutual affiliate Babson Capital Management in 2001, Betsy worked in investment portfolio management roles at American Skandia, Charter Oak Capital Management, and Aeltus Investment Management, a subsidiary of Aetna Life & Casualty.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester in Economics and Spanish and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, holds a Professional Risk Manager designation from the Professional Risk Managers' Association, and is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Betsy currently serves on the Federal Advisory Council on Insurance to the Federal Insurance Office of the U.S. Treasury. She has led several other industry groups in insurance and risk management.

James von Moltke has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG since July 2017. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. von Moltke was Treasurer of Citigroup. In this capacity he was responsible for capital and funding as well as liquidity and interest rate risk, and played a significant role in Citigroup's restructuring following the global financial crisis. Mr. von Moltke worked at Morgan Stanley, where he led the Financial Technology Advisory team, and spent ten years at J.P. Morgan working in New York and Hong Kong.
As Deutsche Bank's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. von Moltke helped to formulate the bank's transformation strategy, published in July 2019, and played a lead role in the Initial Public Offering of the Deutsche Bank's asset management arm, DWS. He is a member of the Exchange Councils of Eurex and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Additionally, Mr. von Moltke serves on the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany and the Center for Financial Studies and is a member of the Steering Committee on Regulatory Capital of the Institute of International Finance. Mr. von Moltke represents Deutsche Bank on the executive board of the Deutsche Aktieninstitut e.V. and serves on the board of directors of Atlantik-Brucke e.V.
