Chief Experience Officer, S&P Global Commodity Insights

Stephanie Comardelle serves as the Chief Experience Officer at S&P Global Commodity Insights. In her role, Stephanie leads Commodity Insights’ customer experience strategy and approach, ensuring brand and customer engagement, loyalty and retention by fostering a customer-centric approach to our products, delivery, customer case and commercial operations. 

Stephanie joins Commodity Insights from Celonis, where she was Senior Vice President of Global Renewals, Centers of Excellence and Digital Success. She has more than 20 years of experience across a variety of markets, with her last 15 years in customer-focused leadership roles at organizations including Extreme Networks, Lucid and ServiceNow.  

Earlier in her career, Stephanie served in the United States Marine Corps where she spent five years gaining a strong foundation in leadership and found her passion for working in a global environment after being stationed in Japan.  

She is a graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, where she received her MBA and a BA in Computer Information Systems before accepting a full-time role with Northrop Grumman where she spent five years in roles of increasing scope, including directing programs in Iraq.
