Neil Masand

Neil joined S&P Global Ratings in 2019 from Ernst & Young where he was Executive Director, People Advisory Services, Management Consultant. He led EY’s workforce advisory practice for the Insurance sector, developed and delivered the transformation of HR functions, and led a client HR transformation service adoption initiative.

Over the past 20 years, Neil has gained extensive experience across Financial Services, Fintech, and Technology, including management consulting, organizational/HR transformation, process re-engineering, Robotic Process Automation, Service/Process outsourcing, location-cost optimization, data analytics, and HR governance. Prior to EY, Neil was a Director at PwC. His career includes HR leadership for Barclays, Citigroup and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Neil holds an Associate of Applied Science in General Business Management from New York University, bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management, MS/MCIPD in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and CIPD Certification from The London School of Economics & Politics Science.
