Fernando Trujillo

Principal Consultant South America, Automotive Advisory Services

Fernando Trujillo is responsible for Automotive Advisory Services in South America region.

He specializes in providing client-specific solutions for OEMs, suppliers and governments. Fernando supports OEMs, suppliers and government business with insights and analysis of economic environment, vehicle sales and production plans, OEMs strategies, industry investments, market trends and vehicles segmentation. Fernando was responsible for the CO2 Response Simulation Toolset, a simulation tool to identify technologies to be adopted by OEMs to meet Inovar Auto Fuel Efficiency targets. Prior to join the Advisory Services Team, Fernando was in charge of South America Light Vehicle and Medium & Heavy Production Forecasts. Fernando was responsible for CSM Worldwide and S&P Global forecast databases reconciliation process and tests procedures to implement new forecast tool.

Fernando joined the company in 2009. Prior to joining S&P Global, Fernando worked at VirtualCAE developing multi-body systems analysis for the automotive industries and customer support.

Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering from FEI University and is pos graduated in Marketing from Unicamp University. Currently, Fernando is finishing his MBA in Project Management from USP University.
