Katarzyna Skrzypek

Katarzyna Skrzypek is a senior economist for GTAS Forecasting within Maritime, Trade & Supply Chain at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Katarzyna works as a senior consultant at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She conducts a variety of consulting projects for clients covering topics such as market analysis, economic growth studies, international trade analysis and forecasts. She previously worked within the Maritime and Trade division of S&P Global developing bilateral trade forecasts, conducting international trade analysis and writing strategic reports. Her responsibility was also contributing to business development through expanding the array of products, developing data visualizations as well as cooperating with internal and external stakeholders.

Katarzyna was also engaged in various projects across the S&P Global Market Intelligence business developing forecast models for price indices for Pricing and Purchasing Service and cooperating with the Banking Risk Service.

She started her career at IHS Markit as a senior information specialist in information management, where she was dealing with historical macroeconomic and financial data for the Middle East and Africa and CIS regions. Katarzyna Skrzypek has an MA degree in transport and logistics, which she obtained from the University of Gdansk, Poland, Faculty of Economics.
