Inga Shamsutdinova

Consulting Principal, Upstream Consulting

Inga Shamsutdinova focuses primarily on strategy and investments and provides guidance to leading energy and financial firms.

Inga is a Principal in the Upstream Consulting Team at S&P Global Commodity Insights based in London. She is an experienced consultant, involved in all parts of the project from research and data analysis to management of international multi-disciplinary project team members. Prior to S&P Global she was an intern in Gazprom-Neft, as an operator of desalting and dehydrating plant, and in Schlumberger, as a technician in the well cementing laboratory.

Inga graduated from the Ural Federal University (Russia) with a BSc in Chemical Technology and has got a qualification "Engineer". She also holds an MSc in Energy Economics and Policy from the University of Surrey (UK). Inga is a member of the management of a non-for-profit organisation "Access for Women in Energy", organising seminars, roundtable dinner discussions, trainings and trade missions in the UK and abroad for both female and male energy professionals. She is fluent in English and Russian.
