Alison Rozbruch is a Tax Director with S&P Global Market Intelligence

Alison is a licensed attorney with years of experience in tax information reporting within traditional finance organizations and fin tech companies. She has subject matter expertise in U.S. tax, the Qualified Intermediary rules, FATCA and CRS and is proficient across tax, risk management, compliance and operations. Alison was a member of the OECD working group on e-money and cryptocurrency. She has worked on operationalizing crypto reporting for financial institutions with a particular focus on due diligence and information reporting.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Alison was a senior member of the Tax Information Reporting leadership at PayPal, Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank. Her achievements include global FATCA and CRS, and Cryptocurrency implementations, remediation projects, creation of risk management frameworks and controls, and large scale information reporting across multiple business and product lines.
