Philip Ortiz-Bukowski is a senior research analyst within the Petroleum Economics and Policy Solutions (PEPS) team, part of the E&P Terms and Above-Ground Risk team at S&P Global Commodity Insights.
Based in London, Philip monitors legal and regulatory developments relevant to the upstream industry in Northern, Western, and Central Europe; the Balkans; and Turkey and is responsible for PEPS legal reports on countries in these regions. In addition, he assists with consulting projects requiring expertise in upstream legal and regulatory regimes. Philip has a background as a legal adviser.
Educated in the United Kingdom, Philip holds a Bachelor of Laws from University College London and a Master of Laws from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, specializing in international and comparative law.
