Melissa Incera

Melissa Incera is a research analyst on the M&A team supporting 451 Research, a technology research group within S&P Global Market Intelligence.

In her research, Melissa looks at high-level trends in tech M&A markets, analyzes noteworthy deals and investments, and forecasts activity across technology subsectors, specifically, enterprise software. She also tracks technology private equity and venture capital markets.

Prior to joining the M&A team, Melissa spent a few years covering collaboration technology with the S&P Global Market Intelligence Workforce Productivity & Collaboration team, where she researched the future of work and emerging applications to enhance the employee experience. She also had a brief stint leading North American market growth strategy for a startup in the logistics technology space.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Boston College and an MBA from ESADE, Ramon Llull University in Barcelona.
