Renata Machado, Associate Director with the Vantage Latin America team for S&P Global Commodity Insights.
Renata is a specialist in technology for upstream oil and gas production and asset valuations. She covers Latin American asset valuations and strategies, focusing on Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. Renata has 15 years of experience in offshore engineering.
Prior to joining S&P Global, she worked at Siemens, where she developed several engineering projects including detailed designs for Brazilian offshore production units.
Educated in Brazil, Renata holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering, a Master of Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in management from Ibmec-RJ, an Executive MBA in Strategy and a post-MBA focused in Valuation from COPPEAD-UFRJ.
