Chloe Lee, Principal research analyst, is a member of the Upstream Cost & Technology team in Asia Pacific at S&P Global Commodity Insights, is responsible for the team's costs and supply chain research within the Offshore Wind markets, including turbines, towers, foundations, and substations.

Chloe processes and integrates diverse inputs, creating databases to enable accurate and insightful market analysis, and supports clients on issues such as project scheduling, procurement, contract negotiations and market entry strategies. Prior to her work on the offshore wind markets, Chloe was responsible for the team's research in the Line Pipe and OCTG markets. With her expertise in the tubular markets, Chloe also contributed to a 3-year client study focused on changing demand and supply trends within the line pipe market, and risk mitigation and opportunity capitalization within the existing market environment. Prior to joining S&P Global, Chloe worked as an oil and gas analyst with Deloitte Petroleum Services covering upstream exploration and production activity in Australasia. Chloe is based in Singapore.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Management (Hons) from The London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
