Before joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Suzanne was an associate editor at Natural Gas Intelligence, where she wrote in-depth analytical features and breaking news stories pertaining to gas production, infrastructure, regulation, and end-use markets. Prior to her post at Natural Gas Intelligence, Suzanne was responsible for Mid-Continent natural gas market coverage, as well as NYMEX analysis, at Argus Media. She began her career in Shanghai, China, as the managing editor of the branded magazine of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. There, she developed long-form analytical articles on subjects such as the reform of China's state-owned enterprises, national energy policy, and China's credit markets.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and culture from the University of Texas at Austin, United States.
