Matti Teittinen is a Director, Upstream Companies & Transactions Research at S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Mr. Teittinen is responsible for IHS Markit Herold equity analysis, valuation, and strategy assessment of the Canadian oil sands companies and Global Integrated Oils. He is also responsible for the annual Global Upstream Performance Review, which analyzes upstream performance for the top 200 publicly-traded E&P and integrated oil companies. Mr. Teittinen joined IHS Markit Herold in 1998. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. Mr. Teittinen holds a BS from Georgetown University.
