Victor is our Vice President of Oil, Midstream and Downstream Advisory.

Based in Singapore, Victor has 30 years’ experience advising energy companies on growth, acquisitions and operational solutions.

Specializing in oil markets, petroleum refining and marketing, logistics, strategic planning and asset valuation – for Victor, there’s no challenge too great. Described by his clients as diligent and intelligent, Victor works in partnership with them to implement solutions that drive real impact. Victor holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
