Ted is a Principal Economist within the S&P Global Market Intelligence Pricing and Purchasing Service. He provides analyst coverage for the global chemicals and plastics industries, with a particular focus on ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and PVC. In addition to chemicals and plastics, his background includes analysis in other commodity areas such as nonferrous metals, as well as work in local and regional economic development.

He holds a Master of Public Management degree from the University of Maryland and an undergraduate degree in economics.
