Executive Director, Head of Product and Commercial, Corporate Actions, S&P Global Market Intelligence

Bidhu heads commercial and product functions for corporate actions software offerings at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He is responsible for the management and strategy of corporate actions solutions, specializing in complex product transformations, process automation and standardization. He works closely with customers and market infrastructure providers to define product roadmaps and oversees delivery and adoption by a wide spectrum of client segments including both buy-side and sell-side firms.

Bidhu has over two decades of experience in product management, business process re-engineering, business analysis, solution design & delivery experience in the capital markets domain, specifically in the asset servicing space where he has worked with clients in APAC, Europe, and the US across capital market segments.

He joined S&P Global in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
