Pedro is a Principal Analyst with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His areas of specialization include politics, upstream regulation and above-ground risk analysis in Latin America, particularly Mexico and Brazil. Before joining S&P Global, Pedro worked for Petrobras at its Mexico City office, focusing on business development, external affairs and strategic planning.
He has a B.S. in Food Engineering and a M.S. in Economics and Innovation, both from the Metropolitan Autonomous University, located in Mexico City.
