Charu is responsible for the strategy and management of corporate actions solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence, specializing in the standardization and automation of issuer-to-investor communications, disclosures processing, meetings and proxy voting, and electronic elections/voting solutions. He oversees the ongoing platform growth, maturity, and its adoption by a diverse range of industry players.
Charu transitioned to product management for Information Mosaic (now part of S&P Global) after having worked with global clients across capital market segments in post-trade space, bringing in a wealth of experience in the business process re-engineering, business analysis, solution design & delivery and consulting on operating models and business transformation.
Charu's academic background includes an honors degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University, India.
