Caroline Hu is the Principal Consultant within the Automotive Advisory practice in China at S&P Global mobility. She is responsible for managing and developing research for S&P Global mobility clients with deep insights.

Caroline was a Program Manager for S&P Global's Aftersales Digital Solution product in China over the last 5 years. She also has experience in Dealer Network Planning Solution and Dealer Management Systems.

Caroline has more than 10 years experience in automotive industry with solid knowledge and skills in data analysis, planning and execution, research and project management, product delivery and operation, etc.
