He works with a global team to enhance and protect S&P Global’s reputation and ability to do business through direct engagement with government agencies, policymakers, and stakeholders.Prior to joining S&P Global, Austin was a Deputy Regional Finance Director at a Washington, D.C. based campaign committee that worked with Senate campaigns across the U.S., and an Associate at the Starboard Group, a Denver, Colorado based political consulting firm. He has nearly a decade of experience working in politics and policy. Austin holds bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and International Relations, with a specialization in Global Political Economy, from the University of Denver.
