His role provides oversight for recruitment across the regions: NAM, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, which includes an emphasis on underrepresented talent. His recruitment strategies enable the business to innovate and grow through selection of high-quality talent andadvance its commitment to DE&I. These efforts include developing external partnerships with organizations to create career and branding opportunities for underrepresented talent.
Felix Shariff is an experienced talent professional, having served in positions as an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Leader and Employee Relations. He has worked at major financial services institutions and with an executive search firm. Throughout Felix’s career, he has been successful in aligning business goals with effective DE&I recruitment strategies.
Felix also consults and contributes to global leadership programs and internal talent mobility initiatives.
He obtained an MS degree from Columbia University in Administration and Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior.
