January 27, 2025
In line with published methodology, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, Mean Of Platts Singapore (MOPS) Strip assessments for naphtha, gasoline, gasoil, jet fuel and fuel oil will be calculated using the balance February and March derivatives values until Feb. 14.
From Feb. 17 onward, the Singapore MOPS Strip will be calculated using the March and April derivatives values. The calculation of the Singapore MOPS Strip assessments is typically rolled on the first working day after the 15th of the month, with the exception of the month of February, when it is rolled over on the first working day after the 14th because of the shorter month.
Platts will continue to assess the balance of February gasoil, jet fuel and fuel oil product derivatives in Asia until Feb. 24, while the balance February derivatives assessments for naphtha and gasoline will not be published from Feb.15 onward.
