Previously, Mark was an analyst for the Utilities and Infrastructure team in New York covering energy segments including master and limited partnership (MLP) pipelines, refining, and LNG. Mark also covered project financed transactions in the midstream, merchant power, and renewable energy sectors, and has worked on authoring S&P Global project finance criteria. Before S&P Global, Mark worked for bilateral and multilateral international economic development organizations, and in the high tech sector.
Mark holds an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UCLA.
