Joseph is a Managing Director and Head of the firm's TMT Investment Banking Practice. He leads the firm’s team in the Communication Systems and Technologies sector, the focus for which includes data and voice network software and hardware, and HyperConnectivity (IoT, Industrial Internet, and Digital Infrastructure.) Over his nearly thirty years of investment banking and strategic advisory experience, Joseph has worked as a trusted advisor with his clients in closing more than 150 transactions including merger, acquisition, divestiture, equity and debt capital formation, public offering, recapitalization, international/cross-border and strategic advisory assignments. He has worked with clients ranging from emerging innovators to large, multinational industry leaders.

Prior to joining KPMG, Joseph was a Partner at St. Charles Capital (acquired by KPMG), where he led the firm’s Communication Systems and Technologies team. Previously, he served as Managing Director within the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets where he built that firm’s Communication Technologies practice and held, over time, leadership positions including Global Head of Communication Technologies, Head of Semiconductors, and Global Head of Hardware Technologies.Minimize
