Full BioJoseph Pirro is Head of NY Equity Lending and Repo at ING Financial Markets LLC. He has over 15 years of securities finance experience on both the buy side and sell side. He started his career at Vanguard in their securities lending program where he held several roles. Since joining ING in 2014, Joseph has been responsible for the Equity Lending and Repo book management, client relationships, collateral optimization, balance sheet efficiency, and funding/liability management. Joseph graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Economics and has an MBA from Villanova University. He currently holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses
