Full BioGrace Ashley is an ET Consultant in the Transport Global Knowledge Unit, at the World Bank Group, and she currently provides technical inputs to railway, maritime, and transportation resilience related studies. Prior to joining the World Bank, she did research in traffic safety and track maintenance. She holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and a PhD in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Railway Engineering from University of Delaware.
